i've been at college. that should explain everything.

i don't have a scanner (psssh, like i'd have room???) so taking pictures of my art seriously undermines any improvement i may have made in my watchers' eyes. i haven't had time to comment like i wanted to. at all. i can't even look through all the ones i've missed, i'm so behind.

i've been drawing when and where i can at school, but that has become more of a draw-in-the-little-sketch-book-during-class type of deal. nothing at all worth even posting in scraps. doodles at best.

many of the larger things i've done since the fall i'm now trying to do in digital art as well. unfortunately, i'm also trying to take more time and have them look better. this includes actually going through old tutorials i favorited here and actually going through their instructions step-by-step and seeing how well they improve my art and help me get what i was looking for. this is great stuff, but horribly tedious. i used to get frustrated when people who posted amazing digital art only came out with a new one every month or so. now i goggle at their ability to turn out something so amazing in such a short amount of time. i don't know how they do such great work in such a short amount of time. gahhhhh

i'm working on the images, and hopefully i'll have at least one done that i'm proud of and will eventually post it. until then, it's crummy crappy pictures starting again in the fall!!!
